According to the announcement of Brazil football federation on its official website on Sep 17, the South American giants will play two international friendlies at the National Stadium of Singapore next month.

The five-time World Cup winners will face Senegal on Oct 10 before fighting against Nigeria on Oct 13 as part of the Brazil Global Tour 2019. Both matches are slated to start at 8 p.m.

This will be the second time Brazil will play at the Singapore Sports Hub after they beat Japan 4-0, with all four goals were netted by Neymar, in the first A international held there in 2014.

In 2008, as part of their warm-up ahead of Beijing 2008, the Brazilian Olympic team also played a Singapore selection at the old National Stadium. The visitors won 3-0.

Mr. Bryn Jones, chairman of Singapore Sports Hub, said that they were thrilled to host two matches of such an international stature at the country’s iconic National Stadium with the facilities having been designed to maximize spectator comfort and enjoyment of the match.

He also added, “This Brazil vs Senegal and Nigeria will be an excellent treat for football fans to catch some of the  most skillful players of the world in action.”

Tickets of the matches are priced from S$29 onwards for a single match and at special bundle prices from S$49 for two matches. They will be on sale on Sep 19 from 10 a.m at the SportsHub website.

Fans can consider the S$299 SuperFan Package, including a VIP lanyard, access to the VIP lounge, Centreline platinum tickets along with the padded seat, drink holder, and refreshments.

Transaction and booking fees are not included in the prices.

Those who have purchased tickets for the Singapore vs Uzbekistan World Cup Qualifier on Oct 15 at the stadium will be entitled to a 30% discount on either one of the two matches.
